Justin, Camilla and their three children are relatively small-scale seasonal beef producers in Chawleigh. At Taw Top, they are slowly rearing continental cross calves over two to three years on local pastures. They are evolving towards more sustainable farming practices, protecting the land they live on and love. They butcher with care, producing delicious beef.
